About the Role
The role delivers document management and administrative support to project teams, typically across smaller projects, ensuring efficient coordination and shared discipline focus. • Organise meetings, presentations, and project documentation. • Support commercial team with contracts and bids. • Manage office supplies, PPE, and H&S compliance. • Administer electronic file systems and user access. • Quality check and manage document workflows. • Maintain distribution groups and project matrices. • Ensure RFI and reporting processes run effectively. • Champion sustainability, advancing net zero carbon transition. • Prioritise safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace. • Deliver quality outcomes and build long‑term client relationships. • Foster continuous improvement and create opportunities for people to excel.

What You Bring
