Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) support for the HVAC Commercial Engineering team. • Maintain and upgrade electrical equipment and wiring for Light Commercial test lab efforts. • Troubleshoot electrical components and controls, handling moderate to complex problems. • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with lab technicians, engineers, and management to minimize testing downtime. • Modify equipment for unique test applications and install equipment for psychrometric testing and capital upgrades. • Lead electrical maintenance efforts independently and communicate effectively while complying with EH&S procedures. • Operate industrial trucks, scissor/aerial lifts, cranes, and rigging equipment safely.

What You Bring
• Hold an associate degree, technical certificate, diploma, or electrical trades apprenticeship. • Possess at least 10 years of commercial or industrial electrician experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of power distribution, low‑voltage control, schematic reading, and component troubleshooting. • Use Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level and interpret engineering drawings.
