About the Role
The specialist will be responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration, develop integration scenarios between PMIS and ERP or other specialist platforms using APIs, and lead information‑gathering sessions to analyze and prioritize client business needs. Additional duties include data extraction, building Power BI models for visualization, preparing technical documentation, delivering training, and providing day‑to‑day software support to internal and external partners. • Implement, configure, and administer PMIS solutions to meet client and project requirements. • Develop integration scenarios between PMIS and ERP or specialist platforms using APIs. • Conduct client information‑gathering sessions, analyze requirements, and prioritize business needs. • Extract data from PMIS, build Power BI data models, and create visualizations for analysis. • Prepare technical documentation and deliver training to client IT teams. • Provide day‑to‑day software operation support for internal and external partners. • Use REST APIs and develop integrations using Java or .NET.

The role involves contributing expertise in implementing project management information systems on large client programs while working largely independently on assigned projects. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related engineering field and have 5–7 years of experience in IT implementation projects, particularly with PMIS solutions such as PM Web or Unifier. Required technical expertise includes advanced SSRS reporting, Microsoft Power BI (DAX), REST APIs, and programming in Java or .NET, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Desired attributes include strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a collaborative team‑player attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
