About the Role
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to channel partners and industrial accounts, influencing the design of automation systems across diverse market segments. You will deliver solution sales that combine power and automation products, while linking partners to Schneider’s latest offers, applications, and tools, and working closely with internal sales, pricing, and engineering teams to meet customer needs. By developing multi‑layered account plans and strategic pricing or promotional agreements, you will drive market demand and strengthen relationships with key distributors to capture synergies and profitable partnerships. Execution responsibilities include managing inventory reviews, implementing promotions and training programs, crafting joint business plans, and supporting the creation of industrial battlecards and alliance initiatives. You will also convey Schneider’s software, cloud analytics, and services story to partners and contractors, embodying the brand and helping them progress on their digital journeys. • Serve as trusted advisor to channel partners and industrial accounts across multiple market segments. • Sell power and industrial automation solutions, including VFDs, soft starts, relays, sensors, HMI, motor control, and circuit breakers. • Connect partners with Schneider’s offers, applications, and tools to drive commercial success. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pricing, offer management, engineering) to deliver tailored solutions. • Develop and execute multi‑layered account and channel strategies, including pricing agreements, promotions, and joint sales activities. • Manage distributor relationships, inventory levels, and joint business plans to achieve growth targets. • Lead tactical execution of promotions, training programs, and inventory planning for channel partners. • Create business plans and performance metrics with distributors; support development of industrial battlecards. • Ensure partners receive ongoing training (online, BOOST, Edge) and stay informed on competitive offerings. • Communicate Schneider’s software, cloud analytics, and services narrative to partners and contractors. • Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets to support Schneider’s growth ambitions.

What You Bring
The position seeks professionals with several years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electrical distribution or industrial automation, and a solid technical foundation in industrial product technologies. • Required: 3‑5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electrical distribution, industrial automation, or energy management. • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Communications (or equivalent experience). • Technical knowledge of industrial product technologies such as VFDs, soft starts, control relays, sensors, HMI, motor control, and circuit breakers. • Demonstrated consultative selling methodology and ability to influence channel partners.
