About the Role
The Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations leads collection activities across commercial, residential, roll‑off, and container services in a geographically dispersed region. Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager, the supervisor manages drivers and helpers while driving functional excellence and budget attainment. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, delivering superior customer experiences, maximizing operational efficiency, and fostering employee engagement. The role involves removing unsafe conditions, partnering with sales and maintenance to address hazards, handling service issues and missed pickups, optimizing routes, managing labor and disposal costs, and coaching staff for career growth.

Compensation includes a salary range of $71,400 to $98,100, a 10% annual incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
