About the Role
In this role you will perform comprehensive product inspections based on work instructions, checklists, and drawings. You will prioritize tasks as directed by Operations Supervisors to maintain efficiency and meet departmental goals, and you will identify non‑conforming products, initiating Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) while ensuring no active NCRs remain before completing an inspection. Precision and non‑precision gauges, meters, and other tools are applied to confirm conformance to acceptance criteria. • Perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, and drawings. • Prioritize tasks per Operations Supervisors to achieve departmental efficiency. • Identify non‑conforming products and initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs). • Ensure no active NCRs remain before completing each inspection. • Apply precision and non‑precision gauges, meters, and tools to verify acceptance criteria. • Utilize precision measuring equipment like calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, CMMs, and optical comparators. • Organize workload independently and communicate across multiple functional areas. • Interpret and apply Quality System/ISO procedures and documentation. • Lift up to 50 lb and operate a variety of test and measurement equipment. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an employee stock purchase program.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of experience in quality processes, preferably with a Quality Management System. Candidates must be able to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, CMMs, and optical comparators, organize their workload independently, and communicate effectively across functional areas. Additional skills include interpreting ISO procedures, lifting up to 50 lb, applying math and geometry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Hold a high school diploma/GED with at least one year of quality‑process experience. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math/geometry for accurate measurements.
