About the Role

The Lead Concierge reports to the Business Office Manager and works full‑time as a non‑exempt hourly employee with a salary of $24‑$25 per hour. This role leads the Concierge Team, creates a positive first impression for visitors, provides community information to support sales and marketing, handles incoming calls, and offers clerical support to all departments. • Schedule Concierge Team members to ensure front‑desk coverage. • Assign and monitor daily tasks for completion. • Assist Business Operations Director and Executive Director with special projects. • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance. • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls professionally. • Process community mail and update emergency contact logs. • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front‑door security. • Reconcile executive credit‑card receipts and post charges. • Support Business Office Manager with billing statements, ancillary charges, and resident billing inquiries. • Perform HR clerical tasks: schedule interviews, verify references, process pre‑hire packets, order badges/uniforms, and handle CN‑9 forms. • Participate in scheduled in‑service training. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies.

What You Bring

The position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and the use of fine and gross motor skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 lb while employing proper body mechanics. • High school diploma preferred; strong interpersonal skills and experience with senior population. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and able to learn new applications.
