About the Role
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of contract logistics projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, procurement, and IT, to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Conduct thorough project assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly. • Establish clear project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria, and monitor progress against these benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively. • Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners as needed to support project execution and ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions. • Implement robust project management methodologies and tools to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements. • Drive post-implementation reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future optimization and innovation.
