About the Role
As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for monthly reporting and analysis, budgeting versus actuals, forecasting, and projections. You will analyze revenue and margin trends, develop price and volume models, create operational and financial KPIs, and produce financial reports for regional leaders and executive management. • Perform revenue and margin analysis to identify profitability trends and margin opportunities. • Develop price/volume models for customers and vendors to support bids and RFPs. • Create operational and financial models to establish KPIs for workforce performance and resource planning. • Analyze precision and accuracy of revenue and cost budgets for percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition. • Prepare month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial reports for regional leaders and executives. • Mine financial and non‑financial data and build standard presentations for finance stakeholders. • Forecast regional market revenue and conduct ad‑hoc analysis and risk assessments. • Utilize business intelligence tools such as Oracle and Hyperion for automated reporting. • Offer 401(k) with company match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What You Bring
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics and 2‑4+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience. Candidates should have strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and preferably technical proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics. • Bring 2‑4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. • Possess strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. • Demonstrate technical proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion (preferred). • Show strong initiative, dedication, and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. • Exhibit detail‑oriented, organizational, and analytical skills in a fast‑paced environment.
