About the Role

As a Field Brand Ambassador, you will engage directly with potential customers in retail locations and events, introduce Mad City’s remodeling services, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations. The role provides a clear pathway toward management or advanced sales opportunities within the growing Renuity organization. • Engage with potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces • Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly, informative conversation • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required) • Use the experience as a stepping‑stone into a management or advanced sales career

What You Bring

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (11 am – 7 pm shifts Wed‑Sun) • Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken, thriving in human interaction • Ability to stand and walk for 6–8+ hours per day • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotional activities
