About the Role
The Senior Digital Strategist sits within Carrier’s Digital Growth & Strategy team and drives the end‑to‑end strategic planning cycle for the organization’s digital transformation. Partnering directly with executive leadership, the role shapes long‑term vision, aligns operational priorities, and champions initiatives that accelerate digital maturity and business growth. The strategist also creates high‑impact executive communications and leads cross‑functional projects ranging from talent strategy to financial modeling. • Support long‑range planning and investment prioritization for digital and IT initiatives. • Translate strategic goals into operational priorities with clear metrics and milestones. • Advise executive leadership on digital trends, competitive positioning, and strategic investments. • Develop executive and board‑level presentations, reports, and programs on digital priorities. • Shape external communications on digital strategy for investors and key stakeholders. • Lead cross‑functional special projects such as talent strategy, financial modeling, and innovation. • Measure and report function‑wide KPIs, analyzing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Manage measurement and reporting tools, implementing system improvements as needed. • Establish and refine strategic templates, governance processes, and support organizational change initiatives. • Provide visionary strategic thinking and influence at the executive level. • Apply advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. • Bridge business strategy, societal trends, and technical execution.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive presence. • Expertise in digital transformation, emerging technologies, innovation, and change management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, management consulting, or high‑growth technology environments. • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. • Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and strategic initiatives. • Experience engaging senior leadership and delivering executive‑level deliverables. • Industrial manufacturing sector experience is a plus.

The position is open to candidates in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or remote, with an expectation of occasional travel. Compensation ranges from $146,750 to $205,250 annually, with short‑term cash incentives tied to plan requirements.
