About the Role
The Associate Project Manager reports to a Project Manager and is responsible for planning and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of low‑complexity projects within defined scope, schedule and budget, while adhering to BGIS and client procedures. The role involves coordinating technical and professional staff, consultants and contractors, and leveraging strong communication, reporting, stakeholder coordination and fiscal control to achieve client and team satisfaction and financial success. • Plan and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects. • Define project scope, deliverables and requirements with stakeholders. • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans. • Determine resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. • Monitor project delivery against timelines to ensure timely completion. • Oversee project team activities and track task completion. • Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure projects comply with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements. • Develop and maintain effective client relationships. • Resolve issues, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a community college diploma in architectural, construction or engineering technology, or possess equivalent industry experience. Required experience includes 1–3 years of project management or 5–7 years of project coordination in a construction owner’s representative setting, along with proven ability to deliver projects on‑time, on‑budget, and in compliance with regulatory, environmental, health and safety standards. Strong communication, stakeholder relationship management, vendor oversight, continuous‑improvement mindset, and proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Project, Excel and Outlook) are essential. Ongoing professional certifications such as PMI accreditation and LEED are considered advantageous.

Benefits
This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of $61,850 – $77,313 per annum, where the starting salary will reflect the candidate’s competencies, experience, education and performance.
