Brief Summary: This digital marketing role is central to driving the organisation’s digital transformation and commercial success. The primary focus is to maximise the conversion rate across all digital channels, ensuring an outstanding client journey and deeper engagement with priority and target accounts. The role is integral to advancing the organisation’s digital marketing practices, fostering more efficient and effective ways of working across marketing communications and the wider business. It is responsible for optimising the performance of the website, social media, and paid advertising channels, ensuring they deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes aligned to strategic priorities. • Develop and implement strategies to optimise conversion rates across all digital channels, focusing on client journey and engagement with identified accounts. • Take accountability for the performance of the website, social media platforms, and paid advertising, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement. • Plan and deliver digital campaigns that support go‑to‑market strategies, using market research to target priority audiences and drive new business opportunities. • Lead adoption of innovative digital marketing practices, championing experimentation, learning, and smarter working across marketing communications and the broader business. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including communications and design to deliver integrated digital marketing plans supporting business growth and client engagement. • Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and business objectives. • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders at all levels to embed digital best practice and foster a culture of innovation. • Monitor and report on digital channel performance, using analytics to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate impact of digital marketing activities. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendor partners, to deliver high‑quality digital experiences. • Ensure quality assurance processes are in place for all digital assets, maintaining a consistent and high‑quality user experience. • Seek and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in optimising conversion rates across digital channels, with a track record of improving client journeys and engagement. • Demonstrable expertise in managing performance of websites, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. • Experience leading cultural or operational change in digital marketing, influencing and embedding new ways of working across teams. • Strong analytical skills, proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4) and digital planning tools (e.g., Monday.com) to inform strategy and measure success. • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and display advertising. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated digital marketing initiatives. • Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of training and supporting stakeholders at varying levels of digital expertise. • Creative and innovative mindset, experienced in testing and implementing new digital marketing tactics. • Knowledge of accessibility standards, brand governance, and quality assurance processes for digital assets. • Degree‑level education (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with a digital marketing qualification; additional certifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) are desirable.
