About the Role
As an Administrator, you will join the Livingston team to support day‑to‑day operations and recruitment activities. You will act as a key point of contact for candidates, manage interview scheduling, and ensure all security and compliance checks are completed. Additional duties include maintaining the CRM system and handling various administrative tasks across the branch. • Liaise with colleagues and manage recruitment from application to offer. • Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and complete PVG and security checks. • Upload documents to the CRM system and perform branch admin tasks. • Handle multiple tasks in a high‑volume office setting.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has customer‑focused admin experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the health and social care sector and experience meeting tight deadlines in a busy office are essential. Proven multitasking skills in a high‑volume, rapidly changing environment are also required. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK as the company does not provide visa sponsorship. The role offers a part‑time contract of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. The annual salary is up to £19,311.53 and includes a range of company benefits.
