About the Role
The Salesforce Business & Technology Manager (Sales & Partner Sales) is responsible for maximising the value of the Salesforce platform across sales and channel operations. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, the role leads business requirements gathering, consults on implementation, and monitors continuous improvement of processes within Salesforce and related sales technologies, including AI (Agentforce). You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions and champion the adoption of new features and best practices. The role also governs end‑to‑end business processes, ensuring platform capabilities align with operational objectives and focusing on user adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement. As a leader, you will manage a growing team of professionals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business strategy and technology trends. This includes running the ideation input funnel for EMEA, consulting with IT on platform development options, and overseeing the UAT testing process, including managing testers and feedback to DevOps. The manager will lead the analysis, optimisation, and automation of sales and partner business processes into Salesforce and related technologies, and provide training, support, and change management to drive user adoption and maximise platform value. What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field and 7+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies. Candidates should have experience in agile UAT testing, a proven track record in business process analysis and automation, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and fluency in English, along with familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. • Possess 7+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and sales technologies. • Experience with agile UAT testing and feedback management. • Proven track record in business process analysis and automation. • Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., Agentforce) is a plus. • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient in data analysis and reporting. • Fluent in English. • Familiar with data governance, security, and compliance best practices. • Background in sales operations, channel or partner relationship management. • Experience with large‑scale Salesforce deployments or Centers of Excellence.
