About the Role
The role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at job sites while keeping the construction site clean, safe, and efficient. Key duties include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems; reading technical diagrams and blueprints; inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other components; troubleshooting electrical issues; operating hand and power tools safely; performing routine maintenance; identifying and repairing faults; and collaborating with electricians to meet project specifications and timelines. Travel to different job sites may be required on short notice. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and safety documents. • Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure system integrity. • Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and testing equipment. • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. • Identify and repair breakdowns, faults, and malfunctions. • Replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using appropriate tools. • Collaborate with electricians to meet project specifications and timelines. • Travel to multiple job sites on short notice as required. • Complete all required safety documentation and adhere to company safety policies. • Follow precise standards of accuracy and established procedures. • Work in outdoor weather conditions and high, precarious locations. • Operate in environments with loud noise, heat, and occasional fumes or vibrations. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
