About the Role

The engineer will lead technical activities through the entire project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams and external partners while serving as the primary technical contact for stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving innovative and cost‑effective solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, and supporting commissioning and construction phases. The role also involves risk evaluation, mitigation planning, and the development of detailed design documents and technical drawings in line with applicable regulations. • Lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners • Act as primary technical contact for stakeholders • Drive innovative, cost‑effective solutions in proposals • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards • Support commissioning and construction phases • Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Develop detailed design documents and technical drawings • Maintain adherence to external and internal regulations

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and possess strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI/IEEE standards, and high‑voltage substation design. Experience with power system technologies such as GIS and PASS, as well as EPC project environments, is required. Proficiency in BIM/Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit, along with a professional engineering license—or the ability to obtain one—is essential, and applicants must have authorized work status in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field • Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI/IEEE, and high‑voltage substation design • Experience with GIS, PASS, and EPC project environments • Proficient in BIM/Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit • Professional engineering license or ability to obtain one • Authorized to work in the United States
