About the Role
The Tender Team seeks a proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to keep operations smooth. The role sits at the core of the bid and tender function, supporting senior leaders and ensuring timely, high‑quality submissions. • Provide high‑level executive support to the Tender Manager and senior team members • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and internal communications • Manage office operations, supplies, onboarding, and general administration • Assist with tender documentation, formatting, proofreading, and submission preparation • Maintain team workflows, deadlines, and document control systems • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for tender activities • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
