About the Role
You will coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and owners, overseeing fieldwork, data analysis, and report preparation while ensuring QA/QC and safety compliance. Additional duties include preparing monthly invoices, supporting collections, and promoting a safe workplace. The role also involves maintaining and growing client relationships, assisting senior staff with marketing and business development, and preparing technical proposals, scopes, and budgets. You will supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, provide performance feedback, and champion ECS standards, procedures, and a safety‑first culture. • Manage building enclosure projects from proposal through delivery, including budgets, scopes, and schedules. • Lead investigations, testing, assessments, commissioning, and repair design efforts. • Oversee fieldwork, data analysis, report preparation, and conduct QA/QC reviews. • Ensure workplace safety, proper PPE use, and compliance with safety policies. • Prepare monthly project invoices and support collections. • Maintain and grow client relationships; assist in marketing and business development. • Prepare technical proposals, scopes, and budgets. • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff; provide performance feedback. • Promote ECS standards, procedures, and a safety‑first culture.

What You Bring
As a Senior Associate, you have strong leadership skills and a great eye for detail, excelling both in the field and when working with clients. Leading your team by example through excellent assessments, studies, and reports comes naturally to you. A BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering is preferred, along with six or more years of relevant experience. Licensure or certification such as PE, RA, or IIBEC credentials (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, BECxP, CxA+BE) is also desirable. • Hold a BS or MS in Civil/Architectural Engineering (preferred) with 6+ years experience. • Possess licensure or certifications such as PE, RA, or IIBEC credentials (preferred).
