About the Role
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition. • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or transfer. • Stock materials and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. • Keep the warehouse clean by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing. • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards. • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. • Follow all safety policies, use PPE, and operate equipment properly.

What You Bring
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Huntsville, AL location. The role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast‑paced setting and can handle physical tasks throughout the day. No formal education is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should have up to two years of experience, preferably one year in a warehouse, and be able to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening. A valid Texas driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lb, and forklift certification are advantageous, and candidates must be self‑motivated, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team under varying warehouse conditions. • High School diploma or GED (preferred). • 1+ year of warehouse experience (preferred). • Ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening. • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record. • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb regularly. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented. • Able to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or in a team. • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise).
