We are hiring a permanent Multi‑Trade Operative for our Bow, East London portfolio. The role involves delivering efficient maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across a range of specialist and secondary trades, ensuring deadlines are met and a first‑class service is provided to residents. The successful candidate will be a reliable floor layer with experience in cap & cove and welding joints, possess additional trade skills, hold a valid UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales, and pass a basic criminal record check. • Valid UK driving licence; company vehicle provided for work use • Must pass basic criminal record check and have right to work in the UK
