About the Role

The helper works under close supervision, following standard instructions and established procedures, while building effective relationships with coworkers from diverse backgrounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and professional customer service. • Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools. • Safely operate hand and power tools after training (drills, crimpers, cutters, etc.). • Lift, position, and fasten objects. • Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools for electrical trades. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment. • Work under close supervision following standard instructions and procedures. • Build effective relationships with diverse colleagues. • Read and interpret safety regulations, instructions, blueprints, schematics, and manuals. • Follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, lift up to 200 lb, and work as a team. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.

What You Bring

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, possess a current driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 200 lb and handle repetitive movements. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with higher rates for specific locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
