About the Role
You will review and approve contractor baseline schedules, develop an integrated master schedule that captures inter‑package dependencies, and conduct ‘what‑if’ analyses to anticipate the impact of changes. Regular progress reports and monthly program analyses will be prepared, and detailed claim assessments—including time‑impact and window analyses—will support accurate Extension of Time and disruption evaluations. Coordination with contractors, clients, and consultants will address planning issues, while risk registers and issue trackers will monitor critical project risks. Additionally, you will issue delay notices for contractor performance gaps and lead a team of planning engineers. • Review and approve contractors’ baseline schedules per contract and Parsons practices. • Develop integrated master schedule linking multiple packages and interdependencies. • Conduct “what‑if” analyses to evaluate time impacts of changes and propose mitigation. • Prepare regular progress and monthly program analysis reports with recommendations. • Perform detailed claim assessments using time‑impact and window analysis techniques. • Coordinate planning and scheduling issues with contractors, client, and consultants. • Maintain project risk register and monitor critical issues through trackers and logs. • Issue delay notices and manage performance letters for contractor delays. • Lead and mentor a team of planning engineers, providing technical guidance.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and brings a minimum of seven years of post‑graduate experience on building and infrastructure projects. Extensive knowledge of design processes, construction methodologies, Primavera P6, and Power BI reporting is required, and professional certifications such as PSP or PMI‑SP are preferred. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. • Possess at least 7 years of experience on building and infrastructure projects. • Expertise in design processes, construction methodologies, Primavera P6 and Power BI. • Preferred certifications: Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or PMI‑SP.
