About the Role
• Support Project Accountants with internal and external client business tasks. • Prepare and send monthly invoices, including expense backup, timesheet detail, and pay applications. • Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices to collect accounts receivable. • Work directly with clients to collect accounts receivable. • Evaluate incoming payments for proper cash application. • Process accounts payable, overhead invoices, check requests, and respond to vendor inquiries. • Perform cash receipt backup and data entry into accounting systems. • Review client contracts for accurate project setup and manage electronic documents. • Provide general accounting support as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with one or more years of relevant accounting experience or coursework, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ years of accounting experience or relevant coursework. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong professionalism, people skills, and teamwork. • Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment. • Effective oral and written communication. • Deltek CostPoint proficiency a plus.
