About the Role
• Support concept and detailed design of transmission lines using PLS‑CADD. • Perform structural assessments and design towers and poles with Excel, PLS‑TOWER, and PLS‑POLE. • Design various foundation types, such as grillage, direct‑embed, and pile foundations. • Produce design reports and project documentation. • Participate in site visits and inspections to validate designs. • Networking events hosted by the Connect Committee. • Submit a tailored résumé and academic transcript with your application.

What You Bring
The graduate role will join a team of four senior and principal transmission line engineers, working on a diverse portfolio of structural projects across transmission, distribution and civil infrastructure. The position is designed for candidates with a passion for structural engineering who want to develop analytical, design and problem‑solving skills in a highly experienced environment. • Final‑year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.
