About the Role

The Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead is responsible for directing, assigning, and coordinating turbine floor outage activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals. The role enforces procedural compliance, human performance fundamentals, and provides coaching to drive continuous improvement. • Direct turbine floor personnel to perform maintenance safely, effectively, and in compliance with procedures and schedules. • Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outages to ensure proper planning and execution. • Communicate CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances and CEC management, fostering collaboration across internal and external teams. • Oversee multidisciplinary project activities, including turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay‑down, equipment mobilization, and contract personnel coordination to meet milestones and optimize profit. • Administer OS&A processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and the Corrective Action Program, identifying improvement opportunities and tracking business goals. • Support and monitor performance of business objectives, ensuring compliance with Human Performance and Technical Human Performance techniques.

What You Bring

• Meet one of the following: Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience; Senior Reactor Operator license + 5 years experience; Associate’s degree + 7 years experience; or High school diploma/GED + 9 years experience, and maintain required access and medical clearance. • Preferred: OEM training relevant to reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects.
