About the Role

• Conduct OSINT activity audits per directives, manuals, policies, and procedures. • Use optimized search methods to identify improper use according to client policy. • Review log search results and compile findings based on dirty word lists, unauthorized domains, and non‑compliant behavior with NDOC TOU and AR 381‑10. • Maintain key logs on a government system using agreed naming conventions and forward potential Questionable Activities to the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer. • Review material for potential QAs, report misuse, and perform additional searches as required. • Provide background information on user activity across all OSINT tools to the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer. • Document guidance references related to QAs and perform audits according to schedule and organizational policy. • Examine, evaluate, and investigate conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance and conduct related inspection and analysis activities. • Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff, operational‑level planning, joint/multilateral exercises, and strategic engagement. • Monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments within Areas of Operational Responsibility and Areas of Interest. • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments; develop analytical procedures; produce intelligence products; present analysis to customers; and support policy and procedure development.

What You Bring

The firm is seeking a talented OSINT Auditor to join its Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to U.S. government customers for defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental missions worldwide. The role supports the NDOC Oversight and Compliance Officer and contributes to contract compliance, enforcement inspection, and analysis activities. • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or PhD/JD with 4+ years; additional experience may substitute for degree. • Minimum nine years experience in OSINT, national/defense intelligence, federal law enforcement, or similar fields. • OS301, OS302, and/or CASO training preferred. • Knowledge of political‑military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and force employment.
