About the Role

The intern will work closely with the Continuous Improvement team to identify, analyze, and execute plans that improve productivity. The role offers exposure to real‑world improvement initiatives and collaboration across functions. • Assist in identifying and analyzing improvement opportunities using data. • Support development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Participate in cross‑functional team meetings to develop improvement strategies. • Assist in creating process maps, documentation, SOPs, and training materials. • Monitor and report on progress of improvement projects. • Research best practices and industry trends related to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience or coursework in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or materials science (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. • Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time, ongoing basis (no sponsorship).
