About the Role

The role includes daily housekeeping duties such as changing bed linen, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, removing fingerprints, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms. Housekeepers must ensure rooms meet the standard set‑up, report any damage or missing items immediately, and turn in lost‑and‑found items to the Executive Housekeeper. Collaboration with other housekeepers for additional cleaning tasks is also required. • Change bed linen daily • Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers) • Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc. • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area (wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.) • Ensure standard room set‑up is complied with • Report all damage found in a room immediately • Report all missing items and personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately • Turn in all “lost and found” items to Executive Housekeeper immediately • Assist housekeepers with additional cleaning chores as assigned • Interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way • Stand and walk for prolonged periods; frequently pull, push, and bend • Perform repetitive cleaning and folding motions for long periods
