About the Role
The Supply Planning Global Process Lead role is geared toward designing new technologies, analyzing data, and optimizing digital experiences to achieve faster, better results. Reporting to the Aurora Planning Process Leader/Director, the lead will guide the global supply planning workstream, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ESC, DTS, and external vendors. This role actively seeks integration points across workstreams to ensure cohesive processes, systems, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of the Global Process Model, metrics, and operating systems that provide accurate plans for business execution. The leader will validate and roll out these planning processes and systems at regional levels for all business units, ensure alignment between SBP, ABP, and supply planning within the S&OP and S&OE cycles, and foster strong partnerships with internal customers and suppliers. The role also involves providing expertise and counsel on supply planning processes, technology, data, organization, and metrics to the global community, while seeking best practices through industry groups and benchmarking. Additionally, the lead will support the design, development, and deployment of an integrated end‑to‑end Supply Chain Operating Model. • Lead design and implementation of the global supply planning process model, metrics, and operating systems. • Oversee validation and rollout of planning processes and systems across all business units worldwide. • Ensure integration of supply planning with SBP, ABP and S&OP/S&OE cycles. • Partner with internal customers, suppliers, ESC, DTS and external vendors to align processes and performance metrics. • Drive best‑practice adoption through industry benchmarking and continuous improvement. • Provide expertise and guidance on supply planning technology, data, organization, and metrics to the global community. • Develop and maintain the end‑to‑end supply chain operating model that links planning to execution.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates perform at the highest level, value a caring performance culture, and are passionate about making a difference. They should possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a related discipline, along with 7–10 years of progressive supply chain planning experience that includes logistics and manufacturing. Technical expertise in supply management solutions—particularly Kinaxis and SAP PPDS/ePPDS—is a strong plus, as are strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management, and influencing skills. The role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, travel up to 40%, and communicate effectively across a global organization. • Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a related field. • Possess 7–10 years of progressive supply chain planning experience, including logistics and manufacturing. • Demonstrate technical proficiency with Kinaxis, SAP PPDS/ePPDS (strong plus) and advanced Excel/MS Office. • Proven experience leading large‑scale process and system implementations. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, project‑management and influencing skills. • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, global environments and travel up to 40%. • Excellent communication, presentation, and change‑management capabilities.
