About the Role
• Interface professionally with commercial building customers and contractors. • Program and install BAS and DDC control systems. • Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on BAS components, including front‑end systems, DDC controllers, and end devices. • Respond to emergency, on‑site, and remote service calls. • Troubleshoot and repair control systems and connected devices. • Back up controller programs and BAS computers/servers. • Document services and manage work orders using maintenance software. • Single‑site assignment providing consistent, hands‑on support.

What You Bring
ABM is looking for a skilled Building Automation / DDC Controls Technician to join its full‑time, client‑facility‑based team. The technician will work on‑site at a dedicated commercial facility, providing programming, installation, servicing, and maintenance of Direct Digital Controls and Building Automation Systems. The role offers a stable schedule without overtime or on‑call duties. • Minimum 5 years experience installing and programming BAS/DDC systems. • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred. • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office. • Preferred experience: Test and Balance, fume hood, TEL/Triatek/Metasys controls.
