About the Role

The role is based on‑site in Singapore and is focused on handling daily operations. You will assist site managers with property‑management services, organise and plan daily tasks, and support the preparation of an emergency/crisis management plan while ensuring general site maintenance. Providing excellent customer service is essential; you will ensure client satisfaction, meet their needs, and operate in compliance with relevant building statutory requirements. The position requires building positive working relationships with clients, tenants and team members, maintaining professionalism and effective communication at all levels. • Assist site managers with property‑management services and organise daily operations. • Prepare and support emergency/crisis management plans and ensure site maintenance. • Deliver excellent client service while complying with building statutory requirements. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants and team members. • Stay proficient with recent technology tools.
