About the Role

The Senior Consultant, Learning provides strategic direction, planning, and leadership for large‑scale learning initiatives, partnering with senior clients to assess training needs, design solutions, manage change, and measure impact. Key duties include deepening understanding of client business, conducting needs assessments, designing curricula and training materials, managing multiple projects with full project‑management responsibilities, delivering classroom or virtual training, and coaching team members. • Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize training needs aligned with business strategy. • Conduct needs assessments, root‑cause analysis, and design learning solutions (curricula, storyboards, guides, videos, e‑learning). • Manage full project lifecycle: scope, budget, schedule, risk, resources, communication, and change‑management plans. • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions; coach and mentor team members. • Measure training effectiveness, produce ROI reports, and provide insights on business impact.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology or a related field, a high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant experience, and at least seven years of experience managing high‑performance teams. The expected base salary range is $120‑125K.
