The Graduate Project Manager program offers recent graduates the chance to work on diverse projects across education, health care, sports, residential and transport sectors for public and private clients. Graduates support senior project managers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction and operation, acting as a key interface between clients, designers, consultants and contractors. Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship‑building, time‑management and a proactive service mindset. Graduates are expected to coordinate teams, plan tasks, monitor progress, manage data and ensure that project deadlines and client value are met. Candidates must hold a 2:1 (or equivalent) bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree and RICS/CIOB accreditation are advantageous. The role also demands effective decision‑making, strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, deadline orientation and solid organisational skills.
