About the Role
The role supports project teams as a backup, focusing on quantity surveying and cost management, as well as market research for vendor cost data. The position reports to the commission manager within the Real Estate department and involves creating cost templates and providing reporting data. • Quantify work for all project types as the primary responsibility. • Conduct market research to collect vendor cost data for benchmarking. • Create and maintain the Cost X template. • Support the commission manager with various reporting data.

What You Bring
