About the Role

The Forklift Operator (Dock Stocker) in the MTD department is tasked with efficiently and safely handling, loading, and unloading goods. This role ensures timely organization and movement of products while strictly following safety guidelines. • Operate forklifts to transport products safely to designated storage areas. • Complete order picking, full pallet handling, and shuttle pallets for final processing using scanners and computers. • Utilize management software and label printers to follow work orders and material requirements. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, stooping, and handling materials in a safe manner. • Maintain a clean and debris‑free work environment. • Support cross‑training on other distribution center functions and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma or GED and 1‑2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. • Obtain forklift operator certification and be able to operate a stand‑up forklift for an entire shift. • Demonstrate knowledge of safety regulations, product handling, and distribution center procedures. • Exhibit strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and the physical ability to lift 10 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
