What You Bring
We are seeking an entry‑level Architectural Designer for our Columbus, Ohio studio, which works on a diverse portfolio that includes higher education, municipal, corporate, logistics and federal projects. The role requires strong technical, conceptual, visual and communication skills and offers the chance to collaborate in a highly design‑oriented environment. • Adapt design features and methods to meet diverse project situations • Hold a BA/BS in Architecture (or equivalent experience/education) • Be a U.S. citizen (required for this role) • Possess a Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred) • Demonstrate strong conceptual and schematic design abilities • Have working knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino • Be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Show a desire to pursue architectural licensure and LEED accreditation • Exhibit strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Benefits
The position is a hybrid role based in Columbus with an annual salary range of $52,000 – $55,000. Relocation assistance is not provided, and U.S. citizenship is required because sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future.
