About the Role

• Develop and manage capital budgets and schedules. • Review and approve engineering designs, plans, specifications, and contract documents. • Solicit and manage contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Provide oversight of construction phase, including inspection, quality assurance/control, safety compliance, and change orders. • Coordinate with internal units such as operations, maintenance, permitting, and environmental compliance. • Ensure regulatory compliance with the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, and related permits. • Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to senior management.

What You Bring

The team includes ACI, SAT, and NICET certified professionals with extensive on‑the‑job experience in supervision, safety oversight, and inspection. They ensure daily schedules are met and materials are built according to plans and specifications. Projects span heavy highway work, bridges, traffic signal improvements, marine improvements, water/wastewater transmission, building construction, park development, and asset assessment. • 0‑2+ years of construction inspection experience required. • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, structural design, and water/wastewater systems. • Experience with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). • Familiarity with local and federal environmental regulations and permitting. • Valid driver's license. • Team player with strong mathematics skills, attention to detail, and effective English communication.

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
