About the Role
In this role you will shape critical decisions by delivering sharp financial insights, partnering closely with plant leadership, and driving strong governance, budgeting, and operational performance. You will support day‑to‑day execution as well as transformative initiatives across the North America GSC network while leading a high‑impact finance team. The position emphasizes direct business influence and involvement in transversal projects rather than deep technical work. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with plant leaders and cross‑functional GSC teams to improve performance, anticipate risks, and align results with NAM GSC and NA Ops strategy. They will ensure monthly financial statement accuracy, oversee month‑end close, and lead quarterly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Internal controls, audit response, inventory cycle counts, and capital expenditure documentation are also managed to maintain compliance. Leadership duties include modeling professionalism, developing direct reports, and supporting the growth of the broader finance team. • Partner with plant leadership to drive financial and operational performance. • Lead month‑end close, ensure financial statement accuracy, and perform variance analysis. • Manage quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and "latest thinking" processes with plant and central partners. • Oversee internal controls, audit responses, inventory cycle counts, and capital expenditure documentation. • Develop and mentor direct and indirect finance team members across the NAM GSC CoCe. • Support transformation initiatives, including evolution of the Plant Finance Business Partner role and end‑to‑end project controlling.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and brings at least five years of experience in supply‑chain, manufacturing or operations controlling, including team leadership. Advanced technical skills are required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience with SAP or similar ERP, project controlling, and operational budget management is essential. Strong financial and analytical abilities must be coupled with the capacity to link performance to business strategy and influence stakeholders across functions. Clear communication, collaborative partnership building, curiosity, adaptability, and end‑to‑end thinking drive effective decision‑making for the plant and customers. The role demands a highly self‑driven individual who can work independently without onsite oversight. • Require a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred) and 5+ years in supply‑chain, manufacturing, or operations controlling. • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion, SAP, SQL, and able to quickly learn new systems. • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
