About the Role

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective home‑renovation customers, providing information about our products and supporting the sales pipeline. • Conduct engaging calls to inform prospects and arrange free product estimates. • Partner with sales teams to create new customer opportunities. • Attend weekly training sessions and contribute to team‑building activities. • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and performance metrics. • Ensure weekend availability as required.

Benefits

We are hiring a full‑time Call Center Representative for our Woburn, MA office, offering a competitive salary of $60‑$80K per year and a schedule of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on either Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday.
