About the Role
Titled “Solution Architect,” the role works alongside senior architects to interpret customer use cases, propose effective architectural solutions, and provide technical guidance to digital offer development teams, accelerating platform‑based digital solution deployment across the organization. • Promote EcoStruxure Platforms (EP) and its full capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. • Create promotional content, technical documentation, and best‑practice materials. • Deliver educational sessions and training programs to strengthen EP knowledge across teams. • Architect and deploy EP using efficient, scalable, and secure patterns. • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align architecture with customer use cases. • Translate technical documentation to be accessible and relevant from a customer‑use‑case perspective.

What You Bring
Applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without immigration support, be able to commute to Andover, MA for a hybrid schedule (two days per week onsite), and should not expect relocation assistance. • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) covering data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics. • Expertise in technology architecture and systems integration. • Cloud solution architecture experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric. • Data engineering experience within Azure data ecosystems. • Ability to convert technical requirements into architectural solutions and standards. • Exposure to edge architectures and IoT device connectivity/management. • Background in technical consulting, cloud solution architecture, technical training/enabling, and advisory services. • Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without immigration support. • Position requires on‑site presence in Andover, MA (hybrid schedule, 2 days/week); remote candidates will not be considered.

Benefits
The compensation for this full-time U.S. position ranges from $142,400 to $213,600 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive. Salary within the range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education.
