About the Role

The Contracts Administrator role is based on‑site three days a week at our Charlotte, NC office (650 S Tryon St, Suite 600). The position focuses on ensuring procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met while managing supplier contract documentation. Key responsibilities are divided among three areas. Administrative functions (about 50 % of time) include supporting clients and internal teams with contract‑process inquiries, entering and maintaining data in the sourcing and procurement platform, and keeping supplier files, certificates of insurance and contractual documents up‑to‑date. Communication and relationship coordination (≈20 %) involves prioritising contract negotiations, managing transition plans for service providers and relaying any contract changes to operations teams. Compliance duties (≈30 %) require monitoring adherence to sourcing policies, partnering with corporate legal and risk management, tracking correspondence, and handling COI/ISNetworld/Avetta risk‑management questions. • Support clients and JLL teams with contract‑process inquiries and data entry using the sourcing & procurement platform. • Maintain data integrity of the contract database and supplier files, including certificates of insurance, amendments, and letters. • Prioritize and coordinate contract negotiations and transition plans with suppliers and operations teams. • Ensure compliance with sourcing, contracting policies, and legal/risk standards; track correspondence and authorizations. • Act as first point of contact for COI/ISNetworld/Avetta risk‑management queries and manage COI data across platforms.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or have equivalent experience supporting real‑estate, facilities services or supply‑chain functions. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. This role does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent real‑estate/facilities experience. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
