About the Role
In partnership with the Home Depot Pro Desk staff, you will develop and maintain relationships with local pros, assist contractors who visit for paint, mix and provide the correct products, and ensure quick service so they can return to work. Collaboration with Behr’s outside sales representatives, pulling and tinting orders, and occasional lifting of up to 75 lb are also part of the role, while entering new leads into Salesforce. • Build and maintain relationships with professional contractors through the Home Depot Pro Desk. • Assist contractors by mixing paint, providing tools, and ensuring rapid checkout. • Collaborate with Behr outside sales reps and Home Depot staff, including pulling and tinting orders. • Lift up to 75 lb when handling paint supplies.

Work hours vary with peak selling times and may include weekends, holidays, and shifts extending to 7 p.m. The position is full‑time (Shift 1) with a hiring pay range of $20.70 – $32.45 USD, subject to experience and location.
