About the Role

• Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project parties. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies. • Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget. • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project KPIs, cost control and value engineering. • Manage contract changes effectively while maintaining governance and best practice. • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy. • Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders. • Ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed. • Identify and drive efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. • May be required to adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills. • Experience with NEC3 contract management (Options A, C & E preferred). • Strong cost management and valuation expertise. • Ability to manage change, risk, procurement and estimating processes. • Skilled in pricing, reporting and value engineering. • Collaborative, best‑for‑project attitude and willingness to share best practices. • Experience in people and commission management. • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, procurement routes and value management. • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. • Possess or be working towards membership of a professional body.
