Assist with commercial admin, cost reporting, and subcontract management on infrastructure project.

About the Role
• Contribute to creating a safe working environment. • Utilise Oracle software to accurately report costs and value to the business unit. • Evaluate internal expenditure reports and assess costs. • Assist in the procurement process for subcontract partners, including bid preparation and evaluation. • Produce subcontract documentation and manage change in accordance with contract terms. • Administer subcontract work packages, including interim assessments and change management. • Support the commercial team with payment applications, site record maintenance, and cost‑to‑complete data.

What You Bring
• Understanding of standard forms of contract. • Proficiency in Excel, Word and cost‑management systems (CEMAR, Oracle). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Solid knowledge of construction processes. • Excellent time and outcome management abilities. • Relevant degree or commercial environment experience. • Experience on large single or multiple smaller schemes. • CSCS card appropriate.
