About the Role
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, process expenses and invoices, and arrange individual and group travel. • Administer vendor program tasks including invoicing, monthly expenditures, new user setup, and account maintenance. • Coordinate help desk communications, respond to AMEX and travel inquiries, and escalate issues as needed. • Generate reports on events, travel, and vendor spending. • Provide backup coverage for general team administrative duties. • Order supplies, liaise with vendors, and maintain organized records. • Perform ad‑hoc tasks and assist in creating plans, project manuals, and reports. • Maintain a positive, client‑focused attitude.

What You Bring
