About the Role
The FP&A Analyst supports the Financial Planning & Analysis team by managing financial data, developing standardized reporting tools, and executing ad‑hoc analyses. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data used for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making, and delivers analytical insights that enhance business performance and support cross‑functional initiatives. • Perform analysis of key operational and financial performance measures, such as revenue, profit and cash and prepare monthly reports for senior management and parent company. • Develop and maintain monthly profit and loss reporting and forecast. • Prepare quarterly reports for parent company, including current company risk, claims, and other financial metrics. • Analyze project risk and set up and adjust provisions at headquarters level to review with Risk and Senior Management teams. • Collaborate with Financial Managers, Controllers, and Senior Management to assemble and analyze data for reports. • Identify and communicate trends, variances, abnormalities and underlying drivers to stakeholders. • Perform financial analysis and transform and combine data to create analysis‑ready data models. • Take active role in streamlining and improving department standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Contribute financial information to annual profit plan development and for external audit team. • Prepare and assess monthly write‑down report; analyze profit centers for potential write ups/downs. • Participate in month‑end and year‑end processes, including confirmation of actuals, review of top‑down adjustments, and running month‑end reports. • Identify and execute continuous improvement strategies to enhance automation workflow and reporting capabilities. • Optimize operating and financial reporting to generate actionable insights to drive financial performance improvement. • Coordinate with sales teams to generate sales monthly reports. • Communicate and assist stakeholder understanding of proforma, journal entries, general ledger codes, and ledger costs. • Independently apply critical thinking to manage complex decisions and judgments. • Display actions related to profitability and risk management and effectively communicate risk issues.

Benefits
Salary range for New York City candidates is estimated at $90,000‑111,000 annualized. Turner is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
