What You Bring

• Possess strong oral and written communication skills and quickly adopt new technologies. • Hold at least 2 years experience in personnel analysis, preferably within military or government contexts. • Proficient with R, Palantir Foundry, Qualtrics, and familiar with statistical analysis tools and data cleaning. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related behavioral analysis field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
