About the Role

• Answer and screen all incoming calls courteously and professionally. • Receive and process community mail. • Maintain and update emergency phone number log and resident emergency face sheets. • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front‑door security. • Order and restock office supplies. • Assist the Business Operations Director with assigned administrative tasks. • Attend all scheduled in‑service training. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies.

What You Bring

The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb while employing proper body mechanics. • High school diploma preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to relate to diverse personalities. • Experience working with senior population. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
