About the Role
The Facilities & Events Technician supports business demands by completing event setups, handling customer service requests, and performing C&W vehicle moves as needed. The role may also involve moving furniture on an as‑needed basis and requires daily interaction with team members. Working Monday‑Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, the technician manages work orders in Maximo, reviews event reservations in EMS, and sets up meeting rooms and supplementary spaces precisely to specifications. All tasks are performed with a strong safety focus, including wearing proper PPE, conducting Job Safety Analyses and Take‑5s, and adhering to company and customer safety policies. The technician works collaboratively in a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment. The technician handles last‑minute moves, changes, and additions per work orders, executes passenger vehicle moves (drive, escort, park, battery disconnect), and oversees the team calendar to staff vehicle moves. Supporting 5S compliance in event storage areas and being flexible for overtime, weekend, holiday, and on‑call assignments are also required. • Manage work orders using Maximo. • Review event reservations in EMS. • Set up meeting rooms and auxiliary spaces to exact specifications. • Follow safety protocols: wear PPE, conduct JSA and Take‑5s. • Audit rooms for cleanliness, supplies, and report repairs. • Execute last‑minute event moves and changes. • Perform passenger vehicle moves, including driving and battery disconnection. • Maintain the team calendar to staff vehicle moves. • Support 5S compliance in event storage areas. • Provide flexible availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.

Benefits
